   Chennai Super Kings (CSK) are a franchise of IPL based in Chennai. Founded in 2008, the team is being captained by Mahendra Singh Dhoni and coached by Stephen Fleming. The team plays its home matches at the M. A. Chidambaram Stadium also called as Chepauk in Chennai.

   Super Kings are the most successful team in the IPL and have won the title twice in succession 2010 and 2011 and also reached the finals 6 times. In 2010, they became the first Indian team to win the Champions League Twenty20 and won it again for the second time in 2014. The leading run-scorer of the team is Suresh Raina, while the leading wicket-taker is Ravichandran Ashwin. The brand value of the Super Kings in 2012 was estimated at US$75.13 million, making them the most valuable franchise in the IPL. They never fail to qualify for the semi's of the IPL & reached the finals five times.
